Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ZeroUploadPDF at zerouploadpdf.dev (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ZeroUploadPDF provides in-browser PDF tools (merge, split, rotate, images to PDF) and, if you create an account, optional private file storage with a free daily upload quota. Pro is a one-time payment that unlocks unlimited uploads. We do not promise features that are not on the live site (for example OCR, redaction, or server-side conversion).

2. Your files and conduct

• You must have the right to process any file you convert or upload.
• Do not upload malware, illegal content, or files that infringe others' rights.
• Conversion tools process files in your browser. Optional uploads are stored in your private space as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts and payments

You are responsible for your login credentials. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Pro is sold as a one-time unlock for unlimited uploads, not as a subscription, unless we later publish a different offer. Taxes may apply. Chargebacks for completed unlocks may result in account suspension.

4. Availability

The Service is provided "as is." We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for lost files, downtime, or conversion errors. Keep local copies of important documents.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $9.90, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
