Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 19, 2026
ZeroUploadPDF ("we", "us", "our") operates zerouploadpdf.dev (the "Service"). This policy describes what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your files to train AI models.
1. Two different file paths
The Service has two distinct flows. Marketing copy that says files "never leave your browser" applies only to conversion tools, not to optional account uploads.
- Conversion tools (merge, split, rotate, images to PDF) run in your browser with pdf-lib. Those files are not uploaded to our servers for conversion.
- Optional account uploads (after you sign in) store PDFs in your private Supabase bucket so you can download them later. Free accounts may upload up to 3 files per day. Pro unlocks unlimited uploads. These files are stored in your private space, protected by row-level security so only you can read them.
2. Information we collect
- Account: email address if you register.
- Uploaded files: PDFs you choose to upload to your private space, plus filename, size, and timestamps.
- Usage: daily upload counts for quota, and a lightweight page-view beacon (path, referrer, screen size) with no account id.
- Payments: processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store card numbers. Dodo receives what it needs to charge and send webhooks that mark your account as paid.
3. How we use information
- To provide conversion tools and optional private storage.
- To enforce free-tier quotas and Pro unlocks.
- To process one-time payments and prevent abuse.
- To answer support requests.
4. Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. You can delete uploaded files from Account & billing. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete personal data within 30 days, with backups purged within 90 days.
5. Processors
Hosting: Cloudflare Pages. Auth and private file storage: Supabase. Payments: Dodo Payments. These providers process data to run the Service, not to train models on your files.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including EEA/UK and California), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us via the site footer products or the support channel listed on the Service.
7. Changes
We will update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
